In order to survive in these extreme areas, it's necessary to work together as a team to get things done here. Everyone here contributes in one way or another in addition to whatever they were brought here to do in the first place. That goes doubly for cargo- precious cargo. Precious, do-not-freeze cargo. Yes, everyone here takes time off of work to help bring in the new beer! Everyone who comes here understands (or is at least told several times) how important it is to stay hydrated. Well, maybe this isn't exactly what they meant, but at least everyone is on the same footing as far as knowing where their priorities lie!
