Sometimes when the planes arrive, they don't land right away for whatever reason. This particular LC-130 circled around more than a few times, giving me plenty of time to run in and get my camera. You can see the new station in the foreground with it's stylish wood grained finish. The silver can is the stairway to get up into the station, affectionately called the "beer can"- although I hear that NSF doesn't like that. Maybe they're just not too much into beer?
