Every now and then I get to do some actual tech work, like take things apart and try and make them work again!  Yay!  This is one of our surface ozone instruments.  Wait, isn't ozone up in the stratosphere?  Well, most of it is, but there's a fair amount being produced at the surface as well.  There is some unique snow-related chemistry that takes place here that we want to monitor, so we have instruments like this to do that.  The problem with this instrument by the way was an unbalanced flow between the two sample tubes inside- nothing too serious.  I was just seeing what I could do to balance things out in an easy way.
