Today was the grand opening of the new store. Up to now, the store was in under the Dome, where it had been since the 1970s when the Dome was the only place to be. Since this was the grand opening, they also had wine tasting to promote all the new varieties of alcohol they've been hoarding for the past month or so. As you can see, there's Corona and Sierra Nevada (with some people very happy about it, we've been out of good beer for a while...)- that's been hidden away until the opening. It's mostly gone now, even with rationing (we were only allowed two six-packs of each at this time) it's been all snatched up. I've got mine hidden away too- it'll be good when the sun's gone down during the winter, which is coming up fast! But just because you just see tall stacks of alcohol around here doesn't mean that we're all alcoholics- the store sells other things too!
