This is Dana's main working area. I think he likes it here because the band room is above him and he can play his drums whenever he wants. But the majority of the instruments he watches are also here and this is also where he works with data on the experiments that requires him to do so. But it does look comfortable, and with certain instruments he can tell pretty accurately when an aurora event is about to take place before anyone else on station, so he's able to get some of the best pictures because of that.
